* Field Technician (FT)
The Field Technician (FT) will be responsible to perform and learn a variety of duties pertaining to internet installation in customer's homes. In addition to installation, other responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, tower maintenance, tower builds, site surveys and problem solving.
* Installer Technician (IT)
The Installer Technician (IT) will be responsible for internet installation, including networking and routers. Responsibilities include daily organization of service calls, customer relations, problem solving, and maintenance duties.
* Customer Sales and Service Representative (CSSR)
The Customer Sales and Service Representative (CSSR) will be responsible to work cooperatively with the Sales Manager and other members of the Xtratyme team to maintain existing customers and create new customers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to managing sales calls and customer relations and setting up and maintaining the customer database.

* Effective Written and Oral Communications

--Can you "small talk" with people and carry on a conversation with ease?

--Are you able to "Google" something and then filter out the data to find "real" answers?
--Are you able to make decisions on good logic and practical confidence?

THE VIRTUAL EMPLOYEE
Xtratyme is a leader in virtual employee operations. Each employee works "virtually" from his/her home office when not in the field and must be able to virtually communicate with the rest of the Xtratyme team. The perfect candidate will have an efficient work space available at home where daily operations can be handled. This candidate will also communicate regularly using web-based software, programs, and telephone. The work schedule will be flexible and will be independently developed. Work loading is task-based so work hours will vary based on the requirements of each task.
Unfortunately, we are not 100% virtual and the perfect candidate will need to live within 30 to 60 minutes or less from the Hutchinson/Dassel area.
COMPENSATION
The ideal candidate will be presented with a series of compensation options and a growth plan that will allow him/her to expand their career with Xtratyme. The compensation plan/structure will be goal-based so the candidate will be 100% in control of his/her compensation destiny.

General Manager (GM)
Xtratyme is seeking a qualified individual to oversee its daily operations in the Hutchinson/Dassel, Minnesota area. This position requires an entrepreneurial candidate that is self-motivated and independently efficient.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for commmunicating with customers and potential customers on a daily basis. The GM will also coordinate site surveys, installations, and service calls. The GM will be responsible to ensure that all aspects of daily operations are being properly executed including (but not limited to) billing, customer service, marketing, human resources, sales, engineering, etc.
